Having successfully inaugurated the new season of boat shows with the participation of Hiswa te water, Cannes Yachting Festival and Genoa Boat show we continue our busy schedule of nautical fairs. With the launch of 2 Sanlorenzo yachts already at Cannes Yachting Festival, the launch of the 3th yacht this month at Monaco Yacht show is just around the corner. The new yachts Sanlorenzo brings on the nautical market are:

• SL102, the first asymmetrical yacht in the world

With this proposal, Sanlorenzo returns to the international scene with a bold and innovative project. The idea of creating an asymmetrical yacht stems from a well-defined design idea that is rooted in the company’s DNA.

• SX76, little sister of the SX88

A happy and intelligent synthesis between the classic motor yacht with flybridge and the recent and growing explorer model, the SX76 incorporates the total family feeling of the SX crossover-line, keeping all the style features of SX88, in a smaller version.

• 500 Exp, bigger, better and readier than ever to explore

With the launch of the 500 Explorer, the big brother of the 460 Explorer is born. With the extended aft deck, where you can land a small helicopter, and his light blue coloured hull, he will be a real eye-catcher at the Monaco Yacht show.

Lengers Yachts in Cannes: Amazing new Sanlorenzo Model and award winning Sales

Being at the Cotes d’ Azur is always nice: Blue skies, the French Savoir-vivre and beautiful people. However for the Lengers Yachts team this year’s trip to the yachting festival in Cannes turned out a real success.

“Winning the award for beging ‘Best new Debut’ for Sanlorenzo is very important to us”, a delighted Bas Lengers, owner of Lengers Yachts, explains. “It shows that the team’s relentless efforts to find new owners for the wonderful Sanlorenzo yachts is valued by the yard.  Even if we are only dealer for a bit more than half a year now”, Lengers adds. In this rather short period Lengers already managed to sell some 500 ft in different Sanlorenzo models. And with the introduction of the impressive Sanlorenzo SX-line in Cannes, with its masculine design and its huge beach club at the stern, the path  to further success is paved. She allready won“most avant-gard yacht” at World Yachts Trophies 2017 in Cannes. Who ever wants to take a look at the Sanlorenzo SX and visit the team of Lengers Yachts, Genoa boat Show runs from 21th until the 26th of September.

On the occasion of the World Yachts Trophies 2017 dedicated to the best yachts on display at the Cannes Yachting Festival 2017,  Sanlorenzo SX88 was awarded most innovative model of the year.

 SX88 (27 meters) is the new revolutionary crossover yacht designed and built by Sanlorenzo, such an innovative model in its technical and environmental solutions, in its exterior and interior design that the international committee created a specific category to include all her features: the “most avant-gard yacht” award.

SX88 is a model containing different “Firsts” by Sanlorenzo, a Copernican revolution based on some unique and distinguished keys that make the yacht original and innovative:

• Grp hull and carbon fibre superstructure
• Semi-displacement hull tested in the Wageningen (Holland) tank test to optimize the performances in the different speed range, up to 23 knots
• Open stern to fulfil the different functions of garage, beach club, and sport activity area
• Two main deck layouts: open space or owner’s cabin
• One steering position on flybridge, that can be closed and air-conditioned
• Advanced building process made on the open hull
• Highest environment sustainability attention thanks to the use of low impact materials and process.

SX88 will be exhibited at the Genoa International Boat Show from 21 to 26 September 2017.

It was in January of this year that Lengers Yachts in Muiden, on the outskirts of Amsterdam, was named as exclusive partner of  the Italian yard Sanlorenzo for Northern Europe. In only six months, no less than five yachts averaging 100 ft in length were sold. 

„Selling an SL 78, 106 and 118 as well as an SX 72 and 88 is what we call a perfect start“, says Bas Lengers, CEO of the Dutch company. „However the story has just begun. We are very close to finalising the contract on an Explorer 460 and we see an on going and keen demand for the yachts. No wonder, as they combine contemporary design and extraordinary quality“.

Located on the Southern part of the Lake Ijsselmeer, in between the mooring of the Royal Dutch Yacht and the famous former sea locks, Lengers is capable of delivering and servicing bigger yachts as well. A further sales office is located in Düsseldorf, right next to one of the most exclusive shopping centres in Germany, the so called „Kö“. „Ralf Eissing is doing an incredibly good job there for years now“, Lengers confirms. The next major step, says the CEO, will be the launch of the new SX-Line at the yachting festival in Cannes in September. „We will be present at Sanlorenzo´s booth and are looking forward to the further collaboration with the yard and of course our customers“.
